aivis — the TOMIS AI Visibility Tracker. Last updated September 16, 2026.
aivis is an internal TOMIS tool that measures how tour and activity brands appear in AI assistants. It is not a consumer product and has no public sign-up — access is granted by TOMIS to staff and to invited client contacts.
This page summarises how aivis handles data. TOMIS Holdings, Inc.'s full privacy policy governs in case of any conflict and is linked at the bottom of this page.
Information about you
Signing in uses Google. From your Google account aivis receives your email address, name and profile picture, and stores them to identify you and to decide what you are allowed to see. aivis does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts, and cannot read them.
aivis does not sell personal information, does not use it for advertising, and does not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Information about brands
Most of what aivis stores is not personal information. For each brand being tracked it records the prompts tested, the answers returned by AI assistants, the web pages those answers cite, and metrics derived from them.
Where a client has connected their own analytics, aivis also stores aggregate website traffic and revenue figures and aggregate AI-crawler activity for that client's site. These are totals, not records about individual visitors.
Who can see it
TOMIS staff can see the clients they work with. An invited client contact can see only the data for their own brand; access is enforced by database rules, not just by the interface.
Services we rely on
Sign-in is handled by Google. Application data is stored with Supabase, and the application is served by Netlify and Google Cloud. Prompts are sent to the AI providers being measured in order to record their answers; those prompts are about brands and destinations, and do not contain your personal information.
Keeping and removing data
Measurement history is kept so that changes over time remain meaningful. Your account information is kept while your access is active. To ask what is held about you, or to have it removed, contact us at the address below; removing your account does not delete the brand measurement history, which contains no personal information.
